    Thank you for stopping by my blog and the blog love. It was awesome to hear from you. I changed my thinking little by little-- I made tiny goals for myself--things I could implement easily, practiced them for a few weeks and then built upon them. Initially, my goals were just to lose weight--they then evolved into powerful life changes. It can take a while--but you are worth it.
