NO MORE EXCUSES...

I have decided that all these excuses I am making are going to keep me fat and unhealthy. It's time to take charge of my health and of my future and start with a little bit of cardio and strength. I have all these tools, all of the keys I need to get going/get started/make changes... but I haven't had what it takes to keep going...UNTIL NOW.

1) Exercise everyday. Cardio and Strength
2) Start my simple tracking system
3) Get at least 1 serving of fruit and 1 serving of veggie everyday
4) Drink 64 oz of water everyday

My Program:
Cardio at least 10 minutes daily.

Strength train everyday

1)To get 10,000 steps daily
2)To do kettle bell workout 3x weekly
3)I would like to start my check box system of tracking nutrition
4)Along with 10,000 steps I would like to get cardio in daily!

Favorite Movie: Any kids movie, they are great and share a great message but I really enjoyed watching Jack Reacher with TOM CRUISE!! WOW, He LOOKS GREAT!!

Dropping by to wish you a Blessed Easter Weekend and share a special Easter Poem....

Easter Means Eternal Life

A perfect God demands a perfect justice;
He cannot let us get away with sin.
We used God’s gift of our free will to trespass,
So heaven’s gates were closed; we couldn’t get in.

Our sin required our blood, a sacrifice,
To atone for all the wrongs that we had done.
"But I love them!" cried our Father, filled with sorrow;
"I’ll send my only Son to be the one."

Good Friday marks the slaying of our Jesus,
The unblemished lamb, the perfect sacrifice.
He took our guilt and blame upon Himself,
So we could be with Him in paradise.

On Easter morning, he came back from death;
He vanished from the tomb, the empty grave.
His resurrection means eternal life
For us, the ones he came to earth to save.

This summarizes all the Easter story
And because of it, we’ll be with Him in glory.

emoticon Thanks for your lovely message on my Sparks page. It made my day! emoticon

Just wondering if you go to a gym for your kettlebell workout or do you have a video/dvd you follow? I haven't had much experience with kettlebells and around our city this form of exercise is only offered at the high-end gyms for serious exercisers. So you are amoung those seriously committed to exercise! Well done.
