Come on, spring!

Hi. Seems like I've been on one diet or another for most of my life. I am always going up the scale or down the scale. My ultimate goal is to be at a reasonable weight and learn how to STAY there !! I need HELP on developing strength and muscles!! My highest weight was 260....I feel left with a lot of flab- ugh!

1. lose weight- 10 pounds
a.commit to BLC 24 BIGTIME
do TNT trying to develop some (any) muscles! Explore exercise class when in So Cal
b. Stick to low carb eating-but healthier- start eating veggies (3 per day)
c. reduce fake sugar and caffeine by cutting diet soda to 3 a day for starters
My secret goal would be to jog a 5K(one of the colored ones-they look like such fun) but I am scared to commit

It is mainly body weight things: pushups burpees crunches and some moves that I liked from the one YouTube trainer that I like such as these things called hoy potatoes where you lay on your sid, tap your foot twice out in front of you, lift your leg up then back down and tap two times on the back side then back up and repeat

Oh and fire hydrants, and man oh man do they kill

Lots of encouragement for you from m, and if I was closer to where you would run I would come cheer you on :)

30 minutes? Holy cow mama, great job! Sign up for a 5K, sounds like you are ready and with a little more training you'll be super ready!

The st thing I'm doing is posted on my blog that I do on blogger. Google ot, findingthe 110s, I'm sadly still stuck using my phone after I leave work since I dropped a kettlebell on my laptop (opps) so it will take me FOREVER to post it here but I had posted a blog with my old routine and the new one :)

Let me know if you cant find it and ill message you tomorrow with it when I get to a a computer

Happy Monday Kris!

Yoga frog print?!? I so want some of that LOL I am happy and doing good, weekends are always tough on my because it is hard to eat healthy when your husband uses the weekend to carb load to recover his body from the week had at work emoticon but that is life. Once we are back on a feet a bit and we can afford to buy the healthier things, I know I will do MUCH better!

Taxes... ugh, I did my state and federal but now I need to get our local taxes done and I keep forgetting all of my stuff at home. Only have a few more weeks to do it!
