Iv known about this website for 6 years.. made 2 different pages, but never put any effort into it. I had to lose 146 pounds to reach my goal weight which seemed impossible.. On March 4th 2011 i gave up. I didn't want to be the fat pretty girl any more!!! I wanted to be the PRETTY GIRL! And its FINALLY happening!! 65 pounds gone!!! Only 85 more to go!! My Program:
This is what my plan is.. eat a good breakfast.. get a good morning workout in.. eat fruit veggies and meat at night.. and always try to fit in my night workout even its for 10mins

Aw! I hear you! The past 2 days...I've just been eating what I want!! GR! emoticon So today, I'm really trying to be disciplined, but its not been easy!!! I have 11 days till my first "reward" for being down 10 lbs. (I'm getting highlights :D) I'd like to drop 3 lbs by then. A miracle of five would be sweet considering the past 5 days nothing has happened!!! Even w/ uppin my exercise! emoticon But we shall persist girl! We will push through and we will do our very best!!! Lets not settle for any less! Keep pushing!!!! emoticon
