Anything is POSSIBLE if you put your MIND to it!
Iv known about this website for 6 years.. made 2 different pages, but never put any effort into it. I had to lose 146 pounds to reach my goal weight which seemed impossible.. On March 4th 2011 i gave up. I didn't want to be the fat pretty girl any more!!! I wanted to be the PRETTY GIRL! And its FINALLY happening!! 65 pounds gone!!! Only 85 more to go!! Take control of your happiness, motivation and success! BABY STEPS=BIG ACCOMPLISHMENTS!!! It just takes TIME! You didn't gain weight in 1 night.. and its defiantly not going to come off in 1 night :)

My Program:
This is what my plan is.. eat a good breakfast.. get a good morning workout in.. eat fruit veggies and meat at night.. and always try to fit in my night workout even its for 10mins
