HOPING FOR HEALTH

Hi my name is Pat, I am 66 and recently retired. I need to lose 100 lbs. I am not a physically active person. My goal is to get healthy and lose enough weight that I can do the tings I want to.I know this will be a long journey but I am motivated and determined. I recently purchased SP Activity tracker. Seems to be improving my motivation. Need That!

You said to stop by, so here I am. Lucky you huh? lol

I got a horrible headache last night and it is still letting its presence be know.
I took a few knock out pills this noon and got a few hours sleep finally. Not going to be long as I am still hurting pretty good.

Later Miss. Be safe.

Hey Pat,thanks for reading my rant. It was kinda shocking that he took my hat off i thought he was gonna do something else, but he just put his hat on my head like it was suppose to be there the whole time didnt look back when he kept walking or nothing so i just took that as a sign that it was meant to happen....a real cool story to relate for years to come that is for sure...All of my exercise equipment was either given to me or i traded something for it... and the latest addition was thought to be a rowing machine till it was pulled out of the pile of boxes that surrounded it...it will get a test run in the morning...again thanks for stopping by and reading my rant ..have a great evening!

You can find the Richard Simmons chair video at his site! I couldn't find it anywhere else! Hope that helps you locate it!

Hi Pat, thank you for the wonderful welcome. I am enjoying my time here and learning so much more. I started doing some sitting exercises. Printed them out and taped on door to remind me. Not moving fast with all this but it will take time to learn and get into shape. As the saying goes "it didn't happen overnight". Looking forward to reading your blog. Have a good night. emoticon emoticon emoticon
