Living Present

I choose Living Present as my ID to remind me to be present (tuned-in) in each moment of my life. It is very easy for me to go thru life on automatic pilot, however by working out and paying attention to my eating I am happier and find it easier to be present in my life.

The sad thing is I wrote the above statement in 2010 and it is even more true today than it was then.

To get my finances in order so, I can quit my second job.

To make health a priority in my life.

My Program:
I am using spark people to help me balance my nutrition to eat the recommended amount of calories, carbohydrates, fat, and protein each day. If I do this my weight will take care of it's self.

I am using spark people to track my exercise, and celebrating each step that leads me to greater health.

I am thinking before I eat or spend money to be sure that the action I am about to take will lead me to my goal.
