My Goals:
My goal is to be fit and feel good. I need a lifestyle overhaul. I realize that my nutritional needs are just as important as my fitness needs. I want to be as educated as possible in both areas and apply what I learn everyday.

My Program:
Currently I am working on my second round of P90X. For additional cardio I plan to run at least 3 days a week.

I plan to eat clean the majority of the time and save my unclean eating for special occasions.

Personal Information:
I married my soul mate in 2000 and we have worked on fitness together off and on since that time.

My husband and I are both trying to be dedicated to our health. I must say that my husband's enthusiasm for fitness has exceeded mine at this point. It is time for me to catch back up!

hey! how is the p90X going this week? you should give us a blog update on it sometime, on what it's like and how you're progressing. hope it's going great!
i finally made it to the gym lastnight, and i did the abs express and then an hour long ST class called Total Body Blaster. it's taught by Erica, the woman i was taking a class under occasionally last semester (she's the one that came in to Meredith's class that night - i think the last night we did her class together- that i pointed out to you). well, she has gotten stronger since she is training under her boyfriend now, and she is tough! she was pretty tough before, but i think she's as tough or tougher than meredith was! it's an intense class. i think i'm going to try to go to it on mondays and wednesdays this semester, because by may, i'd be ripped if i can keep up with it! i am so excited about our cruise and about my fitness goals this spring! *lol* :o)

i meant to run on my tm lastnight but was too tired when i made it home. we got my car back and went grocery shopping, so i didn't get the nap i really needed after work today. were you are to make the dvds on scott's computer? just curious. we'll be in canton/jackson today, so give me a call if you want.
