The baking soda gives it a fizzy taste, (1 tsp) but helps with balancing the alkaline in my system (I use aluminum free baking soda) .. so it's medicinal as well -- I have tried "protien powder", and it's tough to mix in, but I use my "fiber powder", and it adds (obviously) more fiber in my eats .. :) Greek yogurt has enough protien (for me) .. :)
and yes -- the baking soda makes it grow .. :) and the only real taste that I've come around is it tastes "fizzy" .. :) and has the texture of Mousse .. :) I love it as a treat .. :) 7 days ago
