Hi Liz, I saw your question on the post about keeping goals. If you make many meals in advance and freeze then you can decide in the am what you want or you can have several different option available in the frig for your meal. I have breakfast at home and then either two meals at work or one meal at work and a meal at BF's after work. That means I have to eat what I bring even if I don't feel like it, so I only get things I like and know I will eat. For example, I tried celery and really don't like it so I didn't and won't stay with it. What you like will vary greatly from others but I will tell you want I have if you like.
