My Program:
I run 3 times a week.
On non run days I switch it up with aerobic classes/ elliptical, incline walking or cycling. Im not that into st, but I'm getting there.

Ooh, I love using free weights! I've never wanted to bulk up, nor will I ever be a fitness model, but strength training in general is just so empowering!

Thanks for stopping by to say hello! So far the month has gone pretty well; I've been getting in alot of exercise (never a problem), and not too bad with the nutrition (more of a challenge).

How's your month been? What's your favorite type of exercise besides running?

I've been fasting with my church so I've been takin it easy. The fast ends this Sunday so i'll be back next week and burning some serious calories.
