Hi everyone. I'm so excited to be on this site after a very in shape workout buddy referred it. So here I am. I run 3 times a week.
On non run days I switch it up with aerobic classes/ elliptical, incline walking or cycling. Im not that into st, but I'm getting there.

Working seven days a week?!? You sound like me! I hear you on being totally busy. I got a house, busy with the boyfriend, working, and trying to workout. Its all pretty crazy and a bit intense at points, but good. Glad to hear you are doing well. Yes, hot yoga is awesome and that's great you can do it at least twice a month, certainly better than nothing! I'm starting the yoga as well because I need something to balance the strength training I've added back into my routine! Take care of yourself and try to enjoy spring in NYC!

Hey stranger! How is everything in the Big Apple? Life in the Midwest is great because Spring has officially arrived it seems! They say we'll see the 70s this week! I have picked up the running again and seem to be doing well. Going to start lifting again here as well, so all is pretty good here. Let me know how you are!
