Thanks for the goodie!! Thanks also for the information. I have been focusing on calories and exercise too and it has not been particularly helpful but I have not been particularly consistent. I'm good for exercise. I have a fitbit plus two big dogs so I typically walk at least 15,000 steps a day and I do one or two exercise videos on Spark.
I took a look at how many carbs I was eating each day and discovered it has generally been between 250-300 a day. So, I am going to slash that in half. I think I've gotten so I log what I eat but don't pay enough attention to what the nutrition looks like. I eat a rainbow of fruits and veggies each day but it is heavy on the fruit. I have tried to improve my protein intake and am good for 60-70 a day. It is a struggle though.
