Karen R (ADALOUISE) from the Scarlet Dragons would like you to join her this month in the Breast Cancer Awareness Month Challenge! Breast cancer has touched the lives of so many of us, and we all know early detection is the key, whether male or female!

So before you give the tatas a once-over, let’s get in a workout first! The exercises listed have a modifier with each, so you can join in at any fitness level! If there’s still something you are unable to do, please modify to meet your specific needs! The point isn’t to show your strength training prowess and be the best of the best. The point is to PARTICIPATE! Now let’s get a little hooter sweat going before we hop in the shower to do our self exams!

    S-50 SQUATS (50 Adductor/Abductors)

E-50 FRONT JABS (50 Seated Biceps Curls)

L- 30 LATERAL LUNGES (30 Seated Hip Extensions)

F-30 FORWARD LUNGES (30 Squats, holding the back of a chair)

E-50 JUMPING JACKS (50 Seated Jumping Jacks)

X-30 PUSH UPS (30 Wall Pushups)

A-30 ALTERNATING HAMSTRING CURLS (30 Standing Hip Flexion/Extension holding the back of a chair or wall)

M-50 HIGH KNEE MARCH IN PLACE (50 Seated High Knee Marches)

Do what you can, modify what you need to, but try your best, regardless of fitness level! If you’ve got a suggestion on an exercise you’d like to see incorporated into the challenges, please let us know!

Thanks for the Goodie!! Glad it worked for you. I also thought about my phone, but hadn't tried it. I guess I won't now, given what you mentioned. Have a great weekend, Linda!! emoticon

Hi, LInda. I don't use or have a Pinterest account, so I can't answer your question about that one, but if it didn't work you could always delete it from your computer. I suspect it will do a good job even there. I know it helps on Facebook. After it's downloaded, there is a little red "stop sign" in the upper right hand corner of your browsing page with an a black inset and number over the corner of it. For example...this page I'm on right now with you has the number 28 in it. That's now many ads they're blocking on this page alone! I use hotmail for my email program and it has 5 ads blocked on it. The number changes according to what they're trying to push to us. When I pay bills with my banking program, I always get a message that says "it looks like you're using an adblocking program. Click here to retry." I always click to retry and it goes right through. It doesn't do it when I'm just checking balances, etc. Hope it helps. I have really liked having it!

PS: almost forgot...you always have the option of turning the ads on for certain sites, too...depending on whether you want to see them or not. I never have and truly have not had any trouble. Jeannie

I'm not sure how much time I'll be able to devote to the team. I'm still trying to find my way around.

Linda, thank you for the warm welcome. I'm glad I joined your team too. I used to have lose it awhile ago but didn't like it and found SP easier to use too. I just started using it for the last week when I found out about the picture feature.
