My Goals:

My Program:
I am choosing healthy foods, drinking just water, doing 30 minutes 5 times a week on my treadmill and strength training 3 days a week on my home universal gym

I am from NH and have lived in VT, NJ, VA BEACH, TX for a little bit and now reside in NC. I have worked with muti-handicapped children most of my life (THOSE WERE THE BEST YEARS!!) including 1:1 with an Autistic child. My favorite hobbies besides exercising are: reading, crochet, gardening, bird watching and listening to music to name a few,

Thanks for visiting my page. I have been working out for many years. When I see that I am getting the results I want it is mostly due to drinking plenty of water and eating right. I log all my food. I make sure I get enough calories. I used to eat too little. I also make sure the calories I do take in are from healthy food now. It was not in the past. My workouts have to include both strength training and cardio training where my heart rate is elevated to a training level and sustained for at least 20 minutes. Keep sparking!!!!
