My Goals:
Tone my body
Have a low at-rest heartbeat.
Lose excess fat.

My Program:
Power walk 3-4 miles 6 days a week 2 days with 5# weights each hand and 2 days with Nordic poles.
Participate in a exercise class or DVD workout 30 minutes a day 3 times a week.
In the summer I line dance 3 times a week for 1-1/4 hours and I teach a 1 hour class each week the rest of the year.

Personal Information:
I am retired and now live in FL after living in IL for 14 years. I am a native NY'er from Long Island. I have 5 children and 8 grandchildren.

Other Information:
I love music, I sing in choirs, play piano, pipe organ and am in a bell choir. I
