I live in PHiladelphia. I work fulltime and studying for PH.D in public health. I am married with 5 grandchildren and 3 grown children as well as 3 grown cats. I would like to improve my chances of preventing chronic illnesses and conditions.

I started to seriously cut calories and exercise harder with a little help from appetite suppressant. I lost 38 pounds from April 21st 2012 until now. I feel great and have lots more energy. I am consuming very low calories from 350-900 cal per day.
