My Goals:

Walk Diabetes Fund Raiser in October 2014. Return to writing toward healthier habits. Build my self-esteem. Fall in love with me!

My Program:
Exercise, nutrition tracking, and joining groups based on my needs and interests.

Personal Information:
I am a Mom to five amazing children, two of which are grown and US Marines. The others are pulling all As in school! Woohoo! I am wife to the most considerate and supportive man I have ever met.

Now that we spoke of what I am, let's talk about what I have, but is not a direct reflection of who I am. I have type 2 Diabetes, bipolar, depression, general anxiety, high cholesterol, and neuropathy.

I am trying to bring all of these unfortunates under control with exercise and diet. Though I will never be a day without having to take some form of medication, many of my physical issues are caused by my weight, which has a direct effect on my mental status. So, I am working my butt and other fat parts off to reduce the amount of meds I need and to fall in love with myself again!

Other Information:
Top Gun and Back Draft used to be my favorites, but Pitch Perfect stole the show!

I love to write and genealogy research is close to my heart as well.

I miss my Mom in Heaven, and my Dad that lives 800 miles away.

Sorry not to have been in contact much recently but things have not very good,
Michael has really got to me over the last few months but I am now starting counseling and I am also to see another lady from a charity that helps carers, I have also had £245 respite money which was for my gym membership.
How are you and the family? do I owe you a letter if so let me know and I will write.
