My Goals:
To get healthier.

My Program:
a) Its July 2014 and I'm back at it AGAIN! ! Currently walking 4 miles each cardio session. Hope to do it at least 4 days per week and alternate with weightlifting on off days.
c) Trying to drink 64 ozs of water a day. Seems much easier to do during the summer here in Florida!
d) This last one is the toughest... trying to cut down on sugar and sweets (really, really difficult!)

Thanks so much for the positive comment on my status. I do take vitamin D. I need to reassess and see what I can come up with. Have actually thought about hiring someone to help me with my nutrition, but I don't want to spend the $$$$.
