If you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always got.

I've been a member of Spark for several years and it's all sinking in, slowly. I'm getting much better at portion control and only eating when I'm hungry. Also making sure that I don't keep a lot of snack food in the house. It's certainly a lifestyle change for the better.

Finally found a new job! Not really where I want to be, but definitely better than where I was. I'm currently driving 50 miles one-way to work but trying to find a house to rent or get a ...

I've continued to gain because I just can't seem to stay off the 'liquid calories' (beer, energy drink, and Coke). Getting better though!

Just stopped by to thank you for the link on combined strength training. It was a good one. Loved your pictures. The cats were cute, the coloring on the dogs beautiful, but the horses were my absolute favorite, so beautiful & majestic.
