If you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always got.

I've been a member of Spark for several years and it's all sinking in, slowly. I'm getting much better at portion control and only eating when I'm hungry. Also making sure that I don't keep a lot of snack food in the house. It's certainly a lifestyle change for the better.

Finally found a new job! Not really where I want to be, but definitely better than where I was. I'm currently driving 50 miles one-way to work but trying to find a house to rent or get a ...

I've continued to gain because I just can't seem to stay off the 'liquid calories' (beer, energy drink, and Coke). Getting better though!

hi lisa, you feeling could be a side effect of the sugar from your cokes, sugar high then sugar low. try to cut back on all sodas they are really bad for us.choose green tea instead sweetened with stevia an all natural sweetener.
