Still Learning how to be disciplines

I seem to know all of the head knowledge about how to eat right, and what to do when I exercise, but then when it boils down to it, I like to eat, my portion sizes are seemingly out of control, and I'm a stress eater. So I'm hoping with SP that I can learn to control these parts of my diet, that I can fall in love with exercise, and that I can be a more healthy woman as a result.

Love your positive outlook and sense of humor. I never go in the teacher's lounge. Work is stressful and I know I will eat all of the yummies there :) .

Thanks for commenting on my page....I think there really is a difference in the way my body reacts to artificial sweeteners (especially Splenda). I tried the coke zero for a week and felt awful whereas I feel like the regular does nothing to upset my GI tract. I don't drink soda at all anymore, but Splenda is everywhere nowadays. I had a couple Pria bars on Saturday because I didn't have time to eat and sure enough there is splenda in them....sucralose I think is what it is called in the ingredients. I felt really bad for 24 hours.
