Lose 8.5 lbs. in 8 weeks

-Staying as best I can to the SP calorie guidelines
-Starting small with a minimal walking-Strength training-low impact aerobics program
-Getting more fruits, vegetables, calcium, and green tea daily
-then just let the chips fall where they may
