No more excuses

Things do not happen. Things are made to happen. This is the thought that got me here today. After failing so many times to take care of myself , after listening to all the excuses i could think of to justify myself, i've had enough ! It's time for me to make a change and it starts today :)

My Program:
Use the walk 5k program from sparks 3 times a week

Do sparks workouts 2 times a week

Drink that water ! At least 8 glasses a day ( gonna sound crazy , but this is the hardest one for me)

I know exactly where you're coming from, working full time whilst also going to college for the last three years to study accountancy in the evenings. I've just qualified and am now starting teacher training this month. Joining a gym and getting a lot of physical exercise during the summer break has helped me sleep a good deal better.
