I want to get to a stage where I weight less than all of the weight I have lost so getting down to 137 lbs would be amazing.

My Program:
Be sensible. Eat nutritious foods, work out at least 150 minutes a week and live better.

Bonjour!

And many congratulations on the 4lb-age! It is AWESOME!!! You walk 5 miles every day? Where do you go? I went for a walk on Sunday and got lost (yes, I'm a fool) so I was out for 2 hours in the end. It's very strange how countrysidey it is right next to Gatwick airport. I had to follow a brook to get home! It was all stiles and livestock.

Anyway, you are SO dedicated! What's the definition of eating clean? Is it no pasta and stuff like that, or just no proper junky stuff.

Yes I am hungry when I miss two meals, so actually I have been awful at it lately. And it's not working. So now I am trying to just have an 8 hour eating window per day and see how that goes ... I am ruddy dreadful. And my own excuses p*ss me off. But I'm going on holiday in 3 days so it's too late now to get a bikini body, lol. It's not bikini weather on the Isle of Wight anyway so not to worry. Do they have any cities or are they strictly towns down there?
