Loopy's Landing
I'm a grandmother of 7 and great grandmother of 3. I live in London, Ontario, Canada. Have been here for 4 years and I like it very much. My daughter lives in the same Apt. complex as I do and my son and family live about a 1/2 hour away.
I am currently on a program to lose weight and so far have lost 34 lbs. I have another 9 to 14 to go. My interest here is adding new exercise to what I already do, finding good recipes and maintaining my weight when I'm finished losing.

My Goals:
My goal is to reach 130-135. I started at 178.8 and am currently at 150. I want to be able to shop in the smaller sizes and wear my clothes well.
My Program:
On Jenny Craig right now and have been since August 28th, 2012. Exercising at least a half hour every day and most days close to an hour.
Personal Information:
I'm 67, still working full time and likely will until I'm 70 if my health stays good. My job is very easy to do. Not much work so I enjoy it.
Other Information:
I like classic rock music from the 60's and 70's. I love classic cars and hotrods. Stephen King is my favorite author...yeah I know I'm a bit strange compared to other people my age..lol
