LIFE IS GOOD!! MAKE TIME IN YOUR DAY TO LAUGH!!
My negatives that "used" to hold me back: lack of motivation and negative self-talk. My positives: I'm a happy, caring, God-loving person who loves life. Butterflies, a blowing blade of grass, sunsets, a child's laugh, the wind blowing in my hair as I enjoy the day riding my bicycle or my Harley. These are some of the most special moments I enjoy. I live in Wisconsin, so have to enjoy those short summers, but love the seasons changes. Don't think I've been negative but "somehow" the weight I lost crept back on me!! Am I angry?! Yes! Will I let it get the best of me? NO!! I quit exercising and I know that is how the weight slowly came back on, so to fix that, I just need to get back to exercising and making me first. One day at a time.
Loose 20 pounds. I just can't seem to find the motivation to exercise and then you step on that scale and it's WAY worse than you thought it would be. It's ok, move on and make ME first.
I have a very slow metabolism, soooo, exercise, exercise, exercise. Get back on that horsey!!!
Married to a wonderful man, 2 children, 2 step-children, 5 grandchildren, 2 cats. Meow! I've had some downers in my lifetime, and now is my time to be UP! : )
P.S. I'm bummed that there is no weight ticker with a motorycle riding across the countryside!
Favorite Movie: City of Angels or any other movie with Meg Ryan in it.
Favorite Band: Lynyrd Skynyrd..."Southern rock rules"! And if you don't know of Joe Bonamassa, check out his music. Best guitarist ever!! Oh......AND the Beatles, of course! I like almost anything but rap and opera.
