Healthy lifestyle for LIFE!
A friend introduced me to the website and here I am... trying to lose weight for myself, to feel better about myself and to educate myself and my kids about importance of healthy eating. When I started SP I had no plans of going to the gym, something I was never looking forward to, but as the weight started to come off the idea of joining one did not seem to be such a bad one. A friend introduced me to the website and here I am... trying to lose weight for myself, to feel better about myself and to educate myself and my kids about importance of healthy eating. When I started SP I had no plans of going to the gym, something I was never looking forward to, but as the weight started to come off the idea of joining one did not seem to be such a bad one. So... in March of 2009 I became a member of Dolphin Fitness Club, 2 minutes away from where I live. It was a slow start, 2 times a week at first... fast forward 7 months... I am there every day at 5AM MON-FRI and 7AM & 8AM on SAT / SUN.

My Goals:
To loose my pre and post pregrancy weight I put on after my second and third kids and to lead a healthier life so that I can stick around for my beatiful girls.
My Program:
Stay within SP recommended calorie range for the day; Strenght training 5 days a week; Cardio 7 days a week; Drink 12 to 16 cups of water a day;
Personal Information:
I am married for 21 years (can you imagine? that's most of my life, LOL...) and have 3 beautiful girls: 19, 7 and 4 years old.
