Hey Girl!

I haven't heard from you in .... Oh FOREVER!

How's it going? As you can see, I am getting back into the groove.

My "100-Day Health Challenge" is my family & I getting back on track. I'd love to have some SPfriends join me & help me stay accountable. To start - I'm just focusing on tracking ALL foods, getting in my water & freggies and get back to working out. Plus I did the dreaded weigh-in... emoticon but it is what it is & I'm changing it!

I am so lucky to have a gym in my office building and a trail across the street, otherwise working out would simply not happen. I joined a gym close my house before and it became a waste of $20 a month. The gym at work provides classes during the lunch hour, so I try to catch one of those or go for a run if the weather is nice.

What are your workout plans?
