Without Struggle, There is no Progress

My weight has generally been all over the place. At my highest i was 183 and i was miserable. This past summer i was down to 145 and feeling pretty damn good about myself. I have since gained a handful of pounds back but I'm here to refocus, regroup, and get myself back to working hard toward my health.

My Goals:
-Run my 1st 5k which will be the Color Run! Also, gain the confidence I've longed for to do things without second guessing myself and look damn good doing them.


My Program:
My basic plan:
4x a week

Sunday's: 40 minute cardio (20m, treadmill/20m, elliptical) & full-body resistance training.

Tuesday: 40 minute cardio (20m, treadmill/20m, elliptical) & full-body resistance training.

Wednesday: 60 minute cardio (30m, treadmill/30m, elliptical.)

Thursday/Friday: 40 minute cardio (20m, treadmill/20m, elliptical) & full-body resistance training.

**This is a rough draft of my gym intentions.

March Squat challenge: Beginning March 10th, i will do squats every single day beginning with 25 squats, adding 5 more a night, until i reach the goal of 300 squats a night.

Personal Information:
I'm Lorey, I'm from Queens, NY. I go to school in Manhattan and I am GRADUATING in June! I have 2 jobs and little free time. I've been into fitness for a good portion of my life and I'm here to give and receive support, motivation, & advice. Working together is the best way to do this!
