Hi! I got an email today about the 17DD from Prevention Mag and decided to research it. I have been a member of SP for a couple of years and have grown increasingly inactive on it.
However, I just read your blurb. I have arthritis, too. My rheumatologist wants me to lose weight, as well. I am so sick of being overweight. I just went shopping today and bought some foods that don't fit (like fat free ricotta cheese) so I'm going to do my version for now.
It seems like the main thing is to avoid starchy carbs in cycle 1. In any case, I'm going to join the group. I hope we get to know each other better as time goes on.
Congrats on losing 92 pounds! Is it okay if I turn to you for advice?
