hello :)
I'm evidently one of those up-and-down types of people. I've found that my biggest problem is not knowing when I'm full or hungry. I'll go hours without food only to find my stomach growling, and so I'll eat until it stops growling (and we all know where that leads)
I have to portion out my food BEFORE I eat it so I know when to stop.
My biggest weakness is CHOCOLATE of the DARK variety, although any sort is yummy.
I'm getting down to the weight I want to be, ...

I'm getting down to the weight I want to be, and while it's taking me a long time, I know when I get there I'll stay there. Not because it took me so long, but because by then I'll have found the middle-ground necessary to stay the weight I want to be.
139lbs as I type this, and I want to be 115/120 again. I will do this. As I will, so let it be.

I'm jealous that you don't get hangovers. I forgot one more remedy, which is a drink called Urban Detox, which you can buy at Ralph's or CVS Pharmacy. It's not just for hangovers. It actually detoxes the body of all sorts of toxins, like smog and chemicals inhaled from cleaning products used and chemicals added to processed foods.

I like that symbol you put after "naturally liquidy" =o.O= I'm totally going to steal it, like I did your other kitty symbol =^.^=

I've been playing too long and I know my hubby will be back in the office soon, so I gotta go pay some bills now, but I'll check back in SparkPeople once I put something else in my mouth emoticon

Yikes! I just noticed you left a message on my page 2 days ago. I thought I checked. I don't really think I'm a wine connoisseur; I think FSanders was just being polite. I'm a wino and proud of it! emoticon emoticon

Anywhosit. I have learned from reading & thru experience how to prevent or at least lessen hangovers. First, don't drink that much...shhright; as if! Second, eat red meat and pop a B-Complex vitamin, Vitamin C & Milk Thistle before hand (can you tell I used to work at GNC--one million years ago)? Also, GNC & CVS sells Chaser Plus, which has a bunch of ingredients that I dare you to pronounce that, when taken before imbibing, prevent and/or lessen hangovers--they stay in business because of all the bottles I've bought from them and they are expensive ($23/bottle), but it's cheaper than paying for a new liver! Lastly, make sure to drink one glass of water or non-alcoholic fluid per serving of booze (in addition to your 8-10 glasses you should drink) and take one to two aspirin and 2 glasses of water before you go to sleep (or pass out). The aspirin thins the blood, so the toxins in the alcohol can process thru the liver quicker. Voila!

Anywhosit, I'll probably have vino tonight but not too much 'cuz I'm taking Ibuprofen for my bursitis attack that came yesterday and my back is stiff--can't exercise emoticon But I'm making up for not exercising by lowering my food intake. We'll see.
