Thanks I so hope I can, I was sure this was easier and more normal. Dr suggested it but was good for about 2 wks ( as per usual) sigh. Gotta sit and figure some meals even if I switch days. It is not restrictive really only 3 red meat serv wk, 3 eggs a week. other than that it is 3 starches a day ( wish it was 4 and I would do fine) 4 fruit a day and 3 milk group. rest is reg. As much veggies as you wish, and poultry and fish are free. Use nuts, etc sparingly but daily.

I just can't get my breakfasts figured cos seem as if I don't want to use a grain... or egg. will use them up too fast. lol
