Ultimately my goal is to be happy and comfortable with myself. I understand that just losing weight won't accomplish these goals. So I am out to lose more than just weight.
To start on my journey I have changed a few small things. I no longer will eat in front of the TV, I will be active for at least 10 minutes a day. I will stay away from fast food. Now I may faultier now and again but hey, I am only human.

between work and grad school, I am super busy. I hope that I can make cooking and exercise a true passion to help relax, and be healthy.
