To lose weight and reach my goal of 115 pounds. That will be 85 pounds lost and put me in the mid range of healthy for my height.

57 yo wife and mother. I have a wonderful family; three amazing children (adults now) a terrific DIL and SIL to be and a wonderful husband and very recently a beautiful brand new granddaughter ! Overweight all of my life, but more so in the last 15 years.

Saw your comments on my Friend Feed. Still too warm and humid for me to walk outdoors, but Leslie Sansone and I have once become 'friends' Rain all around us last night...got a few sprinkles...still hoping for me. Getting to the "dog days of summer" that's for sure. Hope all is going well for you.
