My Goals:
To lose weight and reach my goal of 115 pounds. That will be 85 pounds lost and put me in the mid range of healthy for my height.

I am absolutely thrilled to have found SP. Have tried every diet known to man, and never experienced near the success that I have here.


My Program:
portion control; weigh and measure my food and count my calories,
clean eating as much as possible

exercise daily

walking at least 5X week

stay positive

reward my good behavior



Personal Information:
57 yo wife and mother.
I have a wonderful family; three amazing children (adults now) a terrific DIL and SIL to be and a wonderful husband and very recently a beautiful brand new granddaughter !
Overweight all of my life, but more so in the last 15 years.

Other Information:
"Nothing tastes as good as SKINNY feels!"
I hope to one day verify this.

The Biggest Losers Challenge...is a great one for losing weight, it is organized; helps with planning goals, team challenges, team support, holds yourself accountable to you...weekly weigh-ins. If you'd like a link let me soon, as it will be closing and going private soon.

Saw your comments on my Friend Feed. Still too warm and humid for me to walk outdoors, but Leslie Sansone emoticon and I have once become 'friends'
Rain all around us last night...got a few sprinkles...still hoping for me. Getting to the "dog days of summer" that's for sure.
