I'm doing pretty good. My system is slowing getting back to normal. We are supposed to get over 100 again. Not looking forward to that. Thank goodness we were able to fill the pool this year. How was your week-end? emoticon

Great idea about doing a Lesley tape. I don't know why that never occurred to me.

Henley is doing better thanks. Still a bit itchy, but not nearly as bad. He has his spring back in his step, so his blues have passed lol.

thank you for commenting on my wreath photo. it is my special project this year. it didn't sell at the craft show, but had so many people looking at it and making wonderful comments about it. well, maybe i can enter it in a couple of local fairs and have it judged. will have to wait and see if that happens in Sept. for me.

I'm waiting for the thoracic spine MRI and neurosurgeon visit next Thursday. My PT and I have agreed to stop therapy as it really isn't helping much. My difficulties seem to change day to day so it can be hard to figure out what to do. I do continue to do the strengthening exercises she gave me.

I discovered yesterday that I do well walking in place but when I try to walk, I have a lot of trouble doing so. I just kind of flop all over the place like a drunk. Using a walking stick or cane is helpful but I tend not to use them in the house. Just touching the wall is enough to help me.

I tested a 2015 Toyota Rav 4 yesterday and I think I will buy it. It is reasonably priced and only has 10K miles on it. I asked about the low mileage and the guy said that was their business niche. They find cars up to five years old with low mileage. This car has a clean history. It will be so much easier for DH and Dad to get in and out of than my little Toyota Corolla. It will take a bit of getting used to but I remember when DH got his SUV that I was a bit scared driving such a big vehicle. It's no problem now. Kind of exciting but a little scary buying a car. It's been 14 years since I last had that experience.

If I bought new, I'd get a Subaru but I'm done buying new cars. Just doesn't make much sense to me any more.
