Sounds like a really good plan. We discovered through trial and error that Porkie and Blocker do better when they are fed more often too so Porkie is syringe feed twice a day and given moistened food twice a day. Blocker is syringe fed 4 times a day. We offer her softened food too but she often can't eat it.
I am so relieved that you have such a great boss!!! He sounds like an animal lover too.
I hope that Louie feels well enough to come out soon. At least he is eating a little and keeping it down.
I will continue to pray about this.
We went to buy a wheel for one of our vehicles today and had to go to a junk yard 50 miles away!! We ate at a burger joint and went to Walmart. 2 days ago
I had a female kitty in high school and a male kitty when I was married to my first hubby. I wish Louie had been able to keep the food down. I would stay home from the conference too. We can't go anywhere except during certain hours as Blocker has medicine and has to eat at certain times. We all do what we can to take care of our babies who love us and depend on us. I will continue to pray for Louie, you, and your job. I hope your employer will be understanding. Hugs! 2 days ago
I hope Louie continues to eat. My hubby has had tons of cats so I talked to him about Louie and he says they like cooked chicken a lot too. As I recall Maynard once pulled a whole chicken off of the counter that I had thawing and he and the dog shared it raw. They were stuffed. I will keep your little fur baby in my prayers. 3 days ago
Yes!!! The tuna and sardines are a great idea!!!!! My ex could not open a can of sardines without our cat Maynard showing up almost immediately. They love that smell!!! I'm so glad you got Louie to eat something!! I hope all of our babies are well soon! 4 days ago
