Keeping it simple.

I'll keep this short: I've been fatter, I've been thinner, I've been lazier, I've been fitter. But the current trend is more towards the fatter and lazier end of the spectrum, which is not ok.
So, quite simply, I'm on a mission to get back towards the fitter and thinner end.

How are you doing eating paleo?

I was doing all right - I felt uncomfortable with the amount of meat I was consuming, but then I took a few days' break before and after the half marathon... you were right! it was totally fine. But I'm ready to get back on track with focusing on veggies and lean meats.

wow! You've got quite the lineup of runs for 2013! Congrats on having completed a half marathon.

I've got my own half marathon set up for August 24 - it's my first, and I'm a bit nervous! I'm also just starting the paleo lifestyle change, and it'd be great to have a buddy to encourage each other to make smart, healthy decisions with our goals in mind :)
