Try Try Again

So I haven't lost any large amount of weight. I'm just taking it 1 lb at a time. I am going to continue to develop good habits and not repeat the horrible one from my past. Also I vow to be better to myself. I have learned to be so brained washed of what a "Super Soldier" is that I forgot about my wonderful attributes.

I'm so surrounded by love I can't help but to smile. So instead of downing my self over how slow my weight loss has been, I will praise myself of what my body can do.

My Goals:
My goal is to stay calm and just try to be healthier. I am trying something new, setting small goals and taking it slowly and healthiely. If I mess up along the way, it won't kill me, it'll just make me stronger.

My second is to just love me and allow myself to take it slow, not everyone is a Biggest Loser, and that's okay.

My Program:
Work out 3-5 times a week for 30 minutes and watch what I eat.

Hang in there with Insanity, it is pretty crazy, I am scared for month 2!. I just started week 3. I really hurt my back after week 1 and tried to get through week 2 and had to stop for a week and made up some workouts last week. One thing that I realize is that I was eating healthy, but too much, so I am scaling back to finally get some weightloss and definition. I hope that will work and then will do my 2nd round of P90X! Any time you need some motivation let me know!
