Hot Mission 2014!

Here's my story...

During my last two years of college, I fell off the wagon a bit. Working two jobs, and finishing an internship caused me to make choices that were fast, convenient and easy: Wendy's, HotPockets, and Frozen Food anyone?

Now that things have settled down (and I have finally obtained me degree!) I want this coming year to be my best year ever. Below are my major goals:

GOALS
1. Drop the excess lbs
2. Exercise 6 days a week ...

2. Exercise 6 days a week (Brazil Butt Lift, 3 days strength, 3 days cardio)
3. Adopt healthier eating habits
4. Drink more water
5. Healthier skin

ACTION PLAN
1. Track food every day starting 12/22/2014 & weigh in every Saturday.
2. Work Out Strength = Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, Cardio = Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday
4. Drink 8 Cups of Water Per Day
5. Wear less make-up, drink more water, use moisturizers

----------------------------------
I am more interested in fitness & exercise than being on a "diet". That being said, I recognize that there are benefits to keeping track of calories and eating certain foods, and avoiding others. I am tracking my calories based on the recommendation given to me after my work-outs. If SparkPeople tells me to eating 2,100 calories that day, it's happening! I try to make sure I'm withing the ranges for protein, fat, and carbohydrates (protein and fat at the hardest for me to manage). Even though I'm tracking, I will not deprave myself of anything!

Hey! Yeah I finally realized my profile was set to being offline al the time? At first I was thinking to myself, "Man, no one wants to get to know me! Darn!" hahaha turns out it was my settings! So, I changed that and now my profile is finally visible! And yes I really do need an accountability buddy! This past month has been a plateau for me (stopped tracking, only worked out a couple times a week, etc.) so I definitely need to get back into the swing of things. How has the past few weeks been going for you??

Hahaha @FFUSCO the high & tight is one of the booty blasting exercises in Brazil Butt Lift. You use resistance bands and ankle weights. Ouch! emoticon

Ha! Somewhere you made mention of a "high & tight" exercise routine of some sort. Reminds me of high school. Back in my hood and back in the day, a "high & tight" was a short haircut that dudes (me included) liked to sport. Just though I'd share for sh... and giggles.

Hey LOVEISMUSIC24 :) I've noticed we are in the same SparkTeam (2o somethings with 55-99 pounds to lose) and I have seen some of your posts recently and thought I would drop in, say hi, and add you as a friend! I read one of your blogs, "Never Been Skinny Syndrome", and I can totally relate! I, too, have two beautiful sisters that I have always been shorter and larger than and worst of all, compared to. It really is hard but we are both taking matters into our own hands and that's what matters! Let me know if you ever need some encouragement from another "Never Been Skinny" gal! Best of luck, keep up the hard work!
