- Down 20 LB's this year
- Have successfully TAMED the TV-Munching Habit! YESSS!!!!
- Having a blast doing new workouts
- Boosting energy with vitamin supplements from the Vitamin Shoppe
- Fun project that I'm going to do: Re-create my favorite discontinued scents from Bath & Body Works at home. (Will post more info when this is done!)

Sometimes working out is a lot like taking a bite of lemon! But, I can do it! A lot of lemons make... Lemonade!

I live in PA with the great outdoors at my doorstep. My exercise routine thrives on variety and a combination of cardio exercise and fluid movement. I write about nutrition on my blog.
