Trying to tone up...currently I weight 115 pounds at 5 feet 6 inches. I am trying to build more lean muscle so unlike a lot of spark members, I may actually start gaining weight to reach my goals. Please friend me if you have similar goals! I would love to share stories and advice! (Or still friend me if you have different goals anyway- the more the merrier!)
Running every other day
5K at least 3X a week
Strength training at least 4X a week
