Way to rock your plank! I have never attempted one but I don't think it would be pretty. haha. Are you trying to add to your time each day? What's your ultimate goal with it?
Thanks for the compliment. I have been trying to move at least a little each day. I primarily do workout videos (Hot Hula, Zumba, Leslie Sansone) and Just Dance on Wii. I am feeling the need to mix it up so my husband is teaching me spinning and when I drop a bit more, I may start "running" (AKA...walking quickly and panting). :) Any fun exercises that you hope to try? 1007 days ago
I just checked out your blog and I love it! Especially the reasons to lose...I am RIGHT THERE with you, girl! The dang seats/armrests really stand out...it is almost crippling having to adjust your life/the things you do because of the extra weight. I am so tired of being alive but not actually living.
