Come join the "August 2013 Fitness Minutes" challenge. You decide for yourself how many minutes your August goal will be. Then you come back as often as possible and write what you've done so far. The goal is to meet the goal you set. This is how I started to exercise. I went from 10 minutes 3 days a week to 60 minutes 6 days a week. I also lost 4 inches last month. BONUS
