Hello and welcome to my page!!I'm Linda (Lyn), and I'm 47 years old. My weight gain started over 20 years ago. I was 19, looked in the mirror and thought I was fat. I weight all of 132 pounds. In 3 months I got down to 125. I loved it!! But, I didn't eat breakfast, only ate a tuna sandwich with a granola bar for lunch, and ate only veggies for supper. No meat. Hello and welcome to my page!!I'm Linda (Lyn), and I'm 47 years old. My weight gain started over 20 years ago. I was 19, looked in the mirror and thought I was fat. I weight all of 132 pounds. In 3 months I got down to 125. I loved it!! But, I didn't eat breakfast, only ate a tuna sandwich with a granola bar for lunch, and ate only veggies for supper. No meat. And very small helpings of veggies. Then I would go to an all female gym, workout for 4 hours (6 - 10pm) every night. Then I met my husband to be. The workouts got few and far between, and the eating and drinking started. When I got engaged I was 22. I was 40 pounds heavier. We tried right away for a family. Seven months later I was pregnant with my first son. I gained 46 pounds. I was 200 pounds. I was mortified but happy! (Can that be!!) I didn't lose the weight, 2 years later was pregnant with my 2nd son, only gained 18 pounds with him. Now, 24 years later in marriage, I have gained a total of of 112 pounds. I want to lost to feel better. I will do it!!! Good luck to you on your journey!!

Hi, I'm Linda but you can call me Lyn. I've been married since 10/88, I have 2 sons I have a Doxabea dog, part dauschaund, part beagle, he is my 3 child!! I have tried every fad diet and weight loss plan out there, and I have spent a fortune!! Nothing works except a lifestyle change. I have had success here at Sparkpeople!
Other Information:
My hobbies are reading, I love reading mysteries, biographies and romance books. I also like to watch BBC comedies. I have a lot of their dvd's. I also like anything Native American. I have a lot of jewlery, pottery, books and pictures. Also, love to go camping! I guess you can tell I'm a huge Rush fan!!
