I'm thinking the closer I get to goal weight then, the easier it will be to exercise and not feel like your starving??? .. That's encouraging as I'm really having a hard time with consistency at where I am.. it buggers up my ankle, knee, neck, lower back, it's always something, ..but once I get closer to a normal weight maybe the easier it will get? Also, it's encouraging to know that once you get to goal you can eat more but isn't that only IF you get your metabolism working better through exercise???
