Life is an Adventure

I'm not truly interested in losing weight, but getting more fit and improving my diet.

I'm finding it difficult not to lose weight while I exercise more to build endurance. I currently at a good weight BMI 19.6. I don't want to lose more but maintain.

I enjoy walking locally and volunteering at the soup kitchen. I weight train three times a week to improve my muscle tone. I still walk a lot since I don't like to drive.

I'm thinking the closer I get to goal weight then, the easier it will be to exercise and not feel like your starving??? .. That's encouraging as I'm really having a hard time with consistency at where I am.. it buggers up my ankle, knee, neck, lower back, it's always something, ..but once I get closer to a normal weight maybe the easier it will get? Also, it's encouraging to know that once you get to goal you can eat more but isn't that only IF you get your metabolism working better through exercise???

Do you know I've been posting on someone else's wall thinking it was you?? emoticon I was shocked to see you've not changed your wall.. LOL! I've got some catching up to do on your blog!!!
