My Goals:
I want to lose 78 lbs. and reach my ideal weight. In 2014 I want to run my first 5k. Eventually I want to run in the NYC marathon- by 2016

My Program:
I've joined several weight loss motivation groups. I have designed my own exercise regimen. My program includes leg lifts, pushups, walking and eventually jogging.

Personal Information:
I'm originally from NYC. In June 2011, I relocated to the Atlanta, Georgia area. I have 4 children and 1 grandchild.

Thanks for the goodie! I know how hard it is to get motivated to exercise-it's easier to take a nap!! Once you get started, you'll be glad you did, so just start with a 10 minute walk each day...?
