Have you ever tried soaking in some Epsom salts. They have plain,stress relief,relaxing kind. This salts are for sprains and other things. I love the stress relief it has lavender in it I think.Believe it or not I'm out of it.I keep it on hand all the time.It won't keep all the aches and pain away but it will help.
When you exercise start out kinda slow.Try not to get to sore.That makes you not want to exercise the next day.
