SW:179.5lbs
CW:178(+/-hvnt weighed)
Goals:
Lose 5 lbs at a time until I'm at my happy weight( i suspect it's 145-150lbs. )
*Develop and maintain a healthy relationship with food.
*Include exercise as a part of my routine
(me time meditate,bible and prayer and exercise)



My Program:
I am eating smaller portions.
I am exercising 5-6 days per week doing jogging and strength training.(I used tapes/dvds at home)
I am changing other things in my life that have held me back-like inconsistency.

Other Information:
I am married to Rob, I have 3 boys ages 12,7 and 5. I homeschool and run a home daycare and I am currently studying for a business diploma.
