I am a 38 yr old mom to two beautiful girls. I am also MARRIED (8-20-16.... WOOO HOOO!) to the most wonderful man in the world and couldn't be any happier with my family. This past year I've had spurts where I really did well and then seem to just maintain the rest of the year. I know what I'm actually capable of and with the help of spark I know I'll get there...one day at a time...one workout at a time & healthy meal at a time! Growing up I never had problems with weight but then I became a pregnant teen and put on over 100 lbs b/c of the stress and heartache of giving my baby up for adoption. Ever since then I have been on the weight loss roller coaster. Now in my late 30's I'm taking back what is mine and will once and for all stay off that roller coaster! I know I could think of several excuses as to why I can't overcome all the obstacles that could stand in my way but I wont! I will push any negative thoughts aside and fight for what I deserve....what my family deserves!

    I got a feeling the brownie thing is a do or die deal.... meaning I am stuck with the calories & unclean contents or I'm stuck with all the bakers' left overs (clean & not) and calories...
