Mississipi Mom wants to be thin and healthy again.

I am a mother of three and grandmother to one. I work from home, so have absolutely no friends to speak of. I lack motivation, but I really want to see this through. I had gastric bypass back in January 2004, lost 130 pounds, and kept it off for two years so that I could get a tummy tuck. I had my tummy tuck in February 2006 and, after adding a part-time job and not having time to work out, I steadily packed on 90+ of those pounds. My Goals:
--January 1, 2014: Closer to 200.

*I would like to be able to jog comfortably.

*I would like to fit into size 14 (or less) jeans again.

REWARDS: When I hit 200, I would like to reward myself with a personal trainer 2 or 3 times a week to help me lose the remaining pounds.

After I reach my goal and maintain my goal, I would like to buy a Louis Vuitton bag and maybe some plastic surgery :)

My Program:
I am not restricting foods or food groups as that is just not "real life". I measure just about everything I eat or drink and I input all in my nutrition log. I don't have a cheat day, but maybe once a week, I like to eat out. Sometimes we get tacos at our local favorite. I avoid fast food, unless I am there to pick up a salad or grilled chicken sandwich. I have started putting in the miles on my treadmill, walking mostly--trying to build up my endurance/stamina. I am currently trying to reach 1.5 miles/day or a 5K every other day. Just trying to keep things "real".

Personal Information:
I am from Minneapolis, MN, but currently live in Ocean Springs, MS.

I am a member of TOPS (MS 0122).

Other Information:
I love to cook and craft...when I have time, of course. My children/grandchild keep me pretty busy.

Hello, my journey is going okay, not as smooth as I wanted it but I am back on track now that I know how many calories I am to eat... For some reason it didn't change my calorie intake when I was losing the weight... So now I know why I have gained a bit back... So it's back to tracking what I eat to stay in calorie range now that it's fixed... I have still lost 41 lbs and over 27 inches all over so no complaints!!!! How is your journey friend?

There are several TOPS chapters around here. I go to a morning class in Gautier. They hold it in the library. Weigh-ins start at 9:15 am and class starts at 10:00 am. Here is the url for the TOPS site:
