I'm talking about making better choices.
I'm talking about paying for my new svelte body in sweat.
I'm talking about eating whole, fresh foods.
I'm talking about sore muscles and weekends spent DOING SOMETHING outside instead of crashing on the couch.

I'm talking about an actual change. So who's with me?

I am on a mission to find cardio I can be passionate about.

I hit the yoga mat at least twice a week - even if it's just for 30 minutes in my own bedroom.

I lift weights because strong, lean muscles are sexy.

Above all - I KEEP MOVING.

Thanks for my goodie! With fellow sparkfriends I know I will reach my goal. I'm revamping my page...lol...at first I was going with the serene look .... I've changed my mind and now am going for the fierce and 40 look :) I'm actually looking forward to 40...I hope good things will follow. xoxo

thanks for the add. boot camp is intense but fun. im not a morning person either but luckily i only give myself two minutes before i leave. i'm usually part way into our warm up run before i even realize i've left my house emoticon . good luck. can't wait to hear more!!
