Get more organized.

Lose at least 3 lbs. monthly.

Get fit, both physically and mentally.

My Program:
To meet my goals, I am: Eating no more processed foods, more complex carbs., more protein, fruits & veggies counting calories. Increasing activity a little at a time, especially walking.



Personal Information:
I'm from Massachusetts, where I work as a Special Ed. Paraproffessional in an elementary school(which I love to do).

Other Information:
My favorite book is my bible. I am a cat lover; also love nature, the outdoors and birding.

My favorite exercise is long walks and hiking.
