Better Me 2012
Hello! I am a full-time working wife and mom to 2 awesome boys. My goal is to lose 40-60lbs by my 30th birthday in October. But over all I would like to lose 100lbs by the end of the year. I am just ready to be a "Better Me" in 2012! My Program:
Eating healthier and controlling my portions. Zumba 3-4 times per week Stability Ball Exercises 2 times per week. Treadmill Workout 2 times per week. Fitness DVD's anytime!
